1. Where can I view my order information?
As part of completing your order, an account was created for you exactly that reason: so you can log in any time to access your order details. Just sign in with your username and password and voila! all your deets, all the time.

2. Do I need to worry about sizes?
Allow us to wax philosophical: size is just a number, darling, so no, you should never "worry" about size. That's why most of our fashion accessories are one-size-fits all...so you do not need to worry. But if a particular piece is sized, all the sizing information and measurements will be included in the product description. So, again, no worries. About any size.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Ummmm, no. Not yet (but it's imminent). In the meantime, you can still take advantage of our blog and Style Profile suggestions...and consider signing up for the Maccimize newsletter. That way when our international shipping program goes live, you'll get our WOO HOO WE'RE SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY e-mail announcement. You'd like that, right?
4. How long will it be until I receive my order?
The Maccimize service standard to process and ship your order within two business days.
We ship orders on weekdays from Mondays to Fridays, and during the holiday season(December), we also ship on Saturdays. Transit times vary based on destination, so once your order ships, we e-mail you a tracking number to help you check on the status of your delivery.
5. Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for orders over $50, and newsletter subscribers often receive e-mail offers for free shipping on all orders.
6. Can I return items from my order?
Darling, we believe in maximum style and maximum satisfaction. So if you're not entirely satisfied, then yes! we'll accept returns. If the piece doesn't fit or (gasp!) has some damage, then we'll pay for the return shipping, too. If you're simply not adoring it the way you thought you would, then you'll pay for the return shipping. Either way, log into your account and follow the instructions or e-mail us to arrange return shipping of the unused, unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the ship date. We'll accept the return and refund your payment.
7. Can I exchange items from my order?
Of course! As long as the item you would like is in stock, we're happy to process your exchange. Simply log into your account and follow instructions or e-mail us to arrange return shipping of the unused, unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the ship date and then select your new piece. If the new item retails for less than the item you originally purchased, we'll refund the difference. If the new item retails for higher, then you'll pay the difference.
8. Do I have to pay sales tax?
All orders shipped to addresses within New York State are subject to sales tax.
9. Gasp! Horror! The gorgeous bauble I've got to have is listed as 'out of stock'. Will you be restocking it?
We're trying, we're trying. We're on the phone with the designer right now. We'll do our best...but sometimes our suppliers only make a limited number of a particular item so restocking it might not be possible. Still, if you see something that's sold out, make you sure you let us know that you've got to have it. There's strength in numbers...which means if we get a number of requests for a particular item, then we'll be way better at twisting supplier arms restocking those pieces.
