Purchasing Accessories from Maccimize
- You can set up an account any time – before you select the piece, or as part of the order process.
- To set up an account, you'll be prompted to fill out a secure online form (and we promise NEVER to share your personal details with anyone because that's just tacky. And wrong) and then you will be provided with a username and password.
- Once your account is active, you'll be able to log in any time to view your order status and history – so you'll instantly know when your order is processed and shipped and then be able to track it in transit.
Shipping and Returns
- Shipping is free on orders over $50.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from us with your tracking number so that you can check the status of your delivery. Transit times vary based on destination.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused, unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the ship date.
- If the piece doesn't fit or (gasp!) has some damage, then we'll pay for the return shipping.
- If you're simply not adoring it the way you thought you would, then you'll pay for the return shipping.
- Either way, e-mail us to arrange return shipping of the unused, unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the ship date. We'll accept the return and refund your payment.
- Sales tax is applied to all orders shipping to addresses within the state of New York
